Complete setup: create the superuser account and add at least one provider key.
The superuser account cannot be deleted.
Each key becomes one lane; the pool fails over to the next key on upstream 429/5xx.
Without a client key the gateway API stays closed until you mint one in Settings.
Setup complete. Save the client secret now - it is shown exactly once.
